Cube Folding

Here are three folding puzzles. Each shape is to be folded into a hollow cube of unit edge length; only folding along the grid lines is allowed. Additionally, in the third puzzle both the sun and the moon must be visible on the cube’s outer surface. (In the first puzzle, the thicker line indicates a cut. The second shape has two 1 by 1 holes and the third shape has a single 1 by 2 hole.)

Here are five views from two non-standard dice. Both dice may have repeating numbers or lack some numbers altogether; which view corresponds to which die is up to you to determine. The puzzle is to reconstruct one of the dice; a die counts as reconstructed if you are able to, say, draw its unfolding. (Warning: watch out for the faces’ orientations.)
